Salt air is relentless. If you live near the coast, you already know what we're talking about - that filmy, milky haze that slowly builds up on your glass until you barely notice it anymore. It happens gradually enough that most people don't realize how bad it's gotten until the windows are actually clean again.

That's exactly the kind of buildup we were dealing with here. Multi-story coastal home, multiple window sections on every elevation, both interior and exterior glass that needed attention. Salt residue doesn't just look bad - it bonds to the glass over time and gets harder to remove the longer it sits. Getting ahead of it is always the smarter move.

We handled the full exterior window cleaning on this one, working through each window section top to bottom. The goal is always the same - clear, streak-free glass with clean frames and sills. Nothing left behind. The difference between hazy coastal glass and truly clean glass is pretty striking, especially on a home like this where the windows are a big part of the curb appeal.

We also pressure washed the paver surfaces around the home. Brick pavers take a beating in coastal climates - algae, salt, dirt, and organic debris all work their way into the joints and surface. A good pressure wash pulls that out and brings the color back. It pairs well with window cleaning because the whole exterior ends up looking sharp and well-kept, not just one part of it.

Between the window cleaning and the paver washing, this home went from looking weathered to looking sharp. Coastal living is worth every bit of the upkeep - you just need the right team handling it.
