This Palm Beach Gardens home had a lot going on - soaring two-story windows in the main living area, large sliding glass doors across the back of the house, and a grand arched entryway up front. That's a lot of glass. And when it's not clean, you feel it. The rooms look darker, the views feel muted, and the whole home just doesn't show the way it should.
We handled both the interior window cleaning and exterior window cleaning on this one. Inside, that meant getting a ladder up to reach the upper-level windows in the great room - the ones that run almost floor-to-ceiling and look out over the pool. Those high windows are the kind most homeowners skip because they're hard to access. We don't skip them.
On the exterior, we worked through every pane across the back of the house - the wide sliding panels, the bay-style windows, and the second-story glass. The difference between dirty exterior glass and clean exterior glass isn't subtle. You can see the pool, the landscaping, the sky. It all opens up.
The dining room is a good example of what clean windows actually do for a space. Corner windows looking straight out to the pool and palm trees - that view should be doing all the work. When the glass is clean, it does exactly that. Natural light comes in cleaner, the room feels bigger, and the outdoor connection the homeowner paid for is actually visible.
Homes like this in Palm Beach Gardens deserve that level of attention to detail. The glass is a big part of what makes them feel the way they're supposed to feel - open, bright, and well-kept. That's what we're here for.
