Full Window and Screen Cleaning on a Two-Story Home in Wellington FL

This Wellington home is a great example of the kind of job we genuinely enjoy showing up to. Two stories, a large screened lanai, a second-floor screened porch, a big arched window on the back of the home, and multiple sets of sliding glass doors. Lots of glass. Lots of screens. And all of it needed attention.

We handled everything - exterior window cleaning, interior window cleaning, exterior door cleaning, and a thorough screen cleaning on both screened porch areas. When a home has this much glass and this many screens, you can't cut corners on one and call it done. The whole point is that every surface gets the same level of care, from the ground-floor sliders to the upper-level porch screens.

The arched window on the back of the house is one of those features that really stands out architecturally. A window like that deserves to be seen clearly - both from inside looking out at the pool area, and from outside looking in. Grimy glass on a statement window like that is a shame, and it's one of the first things we tackled.

Screen cleaning is something a lot of homeowners overlook, but in South Florida, screens take a beating. Between pollen, dust, and general buildup from humidity, they can get genuinely dirty - and dirty screens affect airflow and visibility inside the porch. We cleaned every panel on both screened areas so the whole space feels open and fresh again.

Jobs like this one are what full-service window cleaning actually looks like. Not just a quick wipe on the easy-to-reach windows and out the door - every pane, every screen, every door. That's the difference between a result you notice for a day and one that sticks with you every time you look out your windows.
