This two-story home in Lake Worth had a lot going on - large windows up front, big sliding glass doors out back, a covered patio, and a full paver driveway. That's a serious amount of surface area to cover, and we handled all of it in a single visit.
Starting with the exterior window cleaning, we worked our way through every window on the home - front and back, first and second floor. Down in South Florida, windows take a beating from humidity, salt air, and rain runoff. Grime builds up fast, and it shows. Getting every pane clean on a two-story home isn't just about looks, it takes the right technique and equipment to do it safely and without leaving streaks or water spots behind.
The back of the house had some of the most glass - large fixed windows plus a wide sliding door under the covered patio. Those big glass panels are a focal point of the space, and when they're dirty, the whole back of the home looks tired. Clean, they make the covered patio area feel completely different.
We also took care of the paver driveway and the covered patio with a deep pressure wash. Pavers are notorious for holding onto organic buildup, especially in Florida's climate. A thorough pressure wash pulls that out and brings the color and texture of the pavers back to where they should be. The patio got the same treatment - clean surface, clean windows, the whole outdoor space looks sharp.
One detail that's easy to overlook on a job like this - the recessed exterior window well near the roofline. It's a spot that collects dust and debris and gets ignored because it's hard to reach. We cleaned that out too. It's the kind of thing most people don't notice until it's done right.
